Welcome! I’ve been experimenting and exploring Mexican food over the past few years, hosting an annual Mexican BBQ on my birthday for our family and friends which is joyous and delicious and admittedly a bit hectic (cooking for 50 in our home kitchen is a bit of a stretch!)
The menu has become a bit more ambitious each year, with this year seeing the introduction of the perfected homemade corn taco. Mixing the masa in my hands, pressing the dough into beautiful rounds and cooking them on a cast iron felt like something akin to a spiritual experience - I was hooked. And I wanted to share this beyond our annual chaotic family party.
So, I couldn’t be happier that we’re finally getting the opportunity to cook for you. Sharing the dishes of our Mexican feast that brings so much joy. Expect slow cooked meats, spicy salsas, perfect tacos, and our (infamous) ‘Wagyu Queso Nachos’.
What to expect? 4 courses of fun and flavour. Come hungry :) We’ve teamed up with the beautiful Post Room Cafe in Chiswick for two nights: Friday 19th July, and Friday 2nd August.
